My Take on Bang Bang Cauliflower
This is a very tasty and easy way to prepare cauliflower.
I use a whole head of cauliflower in this recipe. Start by washing and cutting up your cauliflower then mix in the marinade sauce and let sit for about 5 minutes.
Then toss in the gluten-free breading mixture and bake at 425 F for about 30 to 35 minutes turning halfway. Keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn.
Make the Bang Bang Sauce while the cauliflower is baking. Here is a link to the Bang Bang Sauce recipe I use.
After baking and when the cauliflower is still hot mix in the Bang Bang sauce, so it is well coated and enjoy!
This is spicy, so I like to serve cool vegetables such as lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes, and garnishes such as mashed avocado and sour cream with it.
