Pure Kitchen Restaurant Review

Pure Kitchen Restaurant

In Ottawa, Ontario we went out to Pure Kitchen on 340 Elgin St. for dinner. It didn't disappoint. The staff understood the needs of a celiac and made me feel comfortable. The food was very tasty. Great location. Easy walking distance to the Rideau Canal path and Parliament Hill.

cauliflower wings

Loved the Radical Cauliflower Wings! We shared them as an appetizer. They were crispy and the Korean BBQ sauce was perfect, had a lovely tang to it. Would order again. I just love fried/deep fried/baked cauliflower with sauce. Very filling. Perfect for the three of us to share.

lentil soup

The Bright Broth soup was yummy. This is a lentil soup that had a slight sweetness to it which tasted good. As you can see in the photo is is a thick soup and very filling.

zen budda bowl

For my main I had the Zen Budda Bowl. Definitely would order again. Loved the juniper farm sauerkraut. Very delicious. All the components of this bowl worked well together.
