Co-Op stocks gluten-free items such as gluten-free bread, pasta, frozen and packaged foods in amoungst their regular items. I recommend the Bakestone Brothers Gluten-Free Tortillas! They keep their shape well when heated and taste delicious!
Mala Foods (Booth at the Canmore Mountain Market - 700 Railway Ave, Canmore Alberta. Has some gluten-free options: Gluten-free Sticky Rice, Gluten-free Shrimp Dumplings, and Gluten-Free Mochi Doughnuts. The Canmore Mountain Market is Seasonal.
